- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation of payment.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across major towns and cities in Kenya. Delivery availability in remote areas may depend on courier accessibility.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

- We will promptly review and resolve your issue through replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy).
